InvoiceLondon provides an online invoicing and quotation management platform for small businesses. The Service allows you to create, send, and manage invoices and quotations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

5. Payment & Subscriptions
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload or create through the Service, including invoices, quotations, and customer information. We do not claim ownership of your content.
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
InvoiceLondon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
